The Vesuvius Community Association is a Virginia non-profit corporation that owns and maintains the Vesuvius Community Center and which is available to anyone for a modest rental fee for private parties, reunions, receptions, etc.

Events such as cake walks and theme suppers brings the community together for evenings of fun and fellowship and serve as fund raisers for the Association's projects. The association also serves the community in making donations to area families in need.

The Vesuvius Community association meets on the 3rd Monday of the month for a covered dish supper and members meeting. Membership is open to all and annual dues are $10. Donations to the Vesuvius Community Association, Inc., may be tax deductible.
